Informing HR you are pregnant
Please contact Sarah Spruytenburg email@example.com to formally notify the university you are pregnant. A meeting will be arranged with you to discuss the maternity leave scheme and your maternity leave plan.
Your maternity leave plan will then need to be discussed with your Line Manager and returned to HR.
Once you have formally notified HR you are pregnant a Risk Assessment of your work space will need to be completed. Further details will be given to you in the meeting with HR.

You can contact Ling prior to providing formal notice of your pregnancy if you have any Health and Safety concerns.
